Default brief is seven blocks. Prospect identity. Application answers. Predicted top objection. Content the prospect already engaged with. Recommended opening frame. Red flags. Research-omitted notice when person-match is below threshold.
Person-match scores 0 to 100. Default threshold is 99. Floor is 95. Below threshold the brief writes "research omitted, low confidence match" and ships the rest of the data instead of guessing. Bad data on the wrong person blows the deal. The default is silence over speculation.
Per-closer format preferences captured at setup and persisted across runs.
Win-Back
Recovery sequence fires on no-show OR cancellation tags inside your CRM. Coordinated email plus SMS over a configurable window. Pick 14, 21, 30, 45, or 60 days.
Each message embeds a fresh reschedule mechanism: either a fresh calendar link auto-generated per recovery, or 2 to 3 specific time slots pulled from your calendar at trigger time.
On rebook, the prospect re-enters Pin-Down through the rebook event and the contact tags recovered_from_no_show: true for downstream analytics. On window expiration without rebook, the prospect tags lost and shifts to a long-term nurture sequence. Monthly cadence. 6 to 12 month window.
