Showtime Skill Pack Refund Terms

What this covers

This addendum governs refund requests for the Showtime Skill Pack ($27, one-time purchase, downloadable digital plugin file). It supplements the Mudd Ventures Refund Policy at muddventures.com/legal/refund-policy. The master policy controls cross-product terms (billing errors, chargebacks, service unavailability, dispute resolution, refund process). This addendum controls the refund window, refund conditions, and refund process specific to the Showtime Skill Pack. This addendum does not cover the Showtime Skill Pack license, install rights, or end-user license terms. Those are addressed in a separate document.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Showtime Skill Pack purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you install the plugin, run at least one of the five skills, and your post-booking layer does not move within those 30 days, we will refund your $27 in full and revoke your Whop access. The guarantee is offered conditionally as described below to keep the program sustainable. The conditions are designed to keep the friction low for buyers who genuinely tried the product while preventing abuse by buyers who never engaged or who attempted to keep the file and reclaim the payment.

How to request a refund

Send an email to refund@muddventures.com within 30 calendar days of your purchase date that includes:

1. The email address you used at checkout.
2. The name of at least one Showtime skill you ran (Pin-Down, Pile-On, Pre-Call Read, Win-Back, or Leak Map).
3. A short note describing what you saw when you ran it.

The note does not need to be long. One or two sentences identifying which skill you ran and what the result was is sufficient. We use the note to confirm that the guarantee was used in good faith and to learn what is not working for buyers. Mudd Ventures will process eligible refunds within 7 business days of receipt of a qualifying request.

What makes a refund request eligible

A refund request is eligible only if all of the following are met:

1. The request is received at refund@muddventures.com within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
2. The request identifies at least one of the five Showtime skills the buyer ran and a one-sentence description of what they observed.
3. The buyer has not previously received a refund from Mudd Ventures for the Showtime Skill Pack.
4. The buyer has not initiated a payment dispute or chargeback with their card issuer, bank, or payment processor in connection with the purchase.

If any of these conditions are not met, the request is not eligible under this addendum.

What happens when a refund is issued

Where a refund is issued under this addendum, the buyer agrees to:

1. Permanently delete all copies of the Showtime .plugin file and any derived artifacts from all buyer-controlled devices and accounts.
2. Lose access to the Showtime customer community, the welcome page at showtime.muddventures.com/welcome-showtime-skill-kit, the Whop product page, all Showtime bonuses (system map docs, cross-skill config, ad creative briefs, free updates as skills evolve), and any related Mudd Ventures resources gated to Showtime buyers.
3. Confirm in writing (reply to the refund-confirmation email) that file deletion has been completed.

Mudd Ventures may decline to release the refund payment until written confirmation of deletion is received. Mudd Ventures may also revoke Whop access immediately upon refund approval, prior to or independent of receipt of the deletion confirmation.

Chargeback policy

A chargeback or payment dispute initiated through a card issuer, bank, or payment processor in connection with the Showtime Skill Pack purchase voids eligibility for a refund under this addendum and revokes the buyer's license to use the Showtime .plugin file. Buyers who experience a billing concern are asked to email refund@muddventures.com first so the concern can be resolved directly.

One refund per customer

This addendum entitles each customer to a maximum of one refund of the Showtime Skill Pack purchase. Subsequent purchases of the Showtime Skill Pack by the same customer (identified by email, payment method, or Whop account) are not eligible for refund under this addendum.

Outcome and result disclaimers

Showtime is a downloadable .plugin file containing five agentic skills. Once purchased, the buyer downloads the file to their own device and installs the skills into their own AI runtime (Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, or a comparable supported environment) and into their own connected stack (booking platform, CRM, email and SMS provider, website host, ad data layer). Every artifact the skills produce lives inside the buyer's own accounts on the buyer's own credentials. Mudd Ventures does not host, run, or operate the buyer's stack at any point.

This means the buyer's outcomes from Showtime, including but not limited to call show rates, conversion rates, no-show recovery, closer briefing quality, funnel-leak resolution, revenue, ROI, or any other business metric, depend on factors outside Mudd Ventures' control. Those factors include the buyer's existing offer, traffic source and quality, pipeline performance, sales process, follow-through on installed skills, AI subscription tier, model selection, prompt context, and overall implementation capability.

The 30-day money-back guarantee above is offered as a good-faith commercial guarantee from Mudd Ventures and is not a warranty of any specific business result or outcome. Mudd Ventures makes no representation, guarantee, or warranty that the Showtime Skill Pack will produce any specific level of show rate, conversion rate, revenue, ROI, or other business outcome for any individual buyer.

Supported stacks

To maximize the buyer's ability to install and run the skills successfully, Mudd Ventures publishes a list of supported stacks at muddventures.com/legal/showtime-supported-stacks. The buyer is responsible for confirming compatibility before purchasing. The 30-day money-back guarantee above applies regardless of whether the buyer's stack appears on the supported list. If the buyer's stack is not on the supported list, Mudd Ventures does not commit to providing technical support for install or runtime issues outside that list.

Billing errors, service unavailability, and process
