This Product Addendum supplements the Abra AI LLC Master Terms of Service, Master Privacy Policy, Master Refund Policy, and Master End User License Agreement, available at showtime.muddventures.com/legal/. In the event of a conflict between this Addendum and the Master documents, this Addendum controls for Abra AI Premier only.
By purchasing or using Abra AI Premier, you agree to this Addendum and the Master documents. The contracting party for this product is Abra AI LLC.
Section 1: Premier Refund Terms
Abra AI Premier is a recurring membership available at $39.99 per month or $299 per year. An optional one-day trial is available at $3.99.
Refund window:
a. Monthly: 5 days from the date of purchase or renewal
b. Annual: 30 days from the date of purchase or renewal
c. One-day trial: No refund. The trial converts to a paid monthly or annual plan unless canceled before the trial ends.
Refund amount: Full purchase price for the current billing cycle.
Engagement requirement (must complete both within the refund window):
a. Posted an introduction in the Premier community
b. Posted at least one additional message outside the introduction post
Refund disqualifications. You are not eligible for a refund if, within the refund window:
a. You have consumed more than 20% of the available course lessons (measured by lesson completion in Whop activity logs), or
b. You have downloaded more than one (1) of the provided tools (skills, plugins, templates, or similar deliverables)
Verification. All refund requests are verified using Whop activity logs.
How to request a refund: Email team@muddventures.com with the subject line "Refund Request: Abra AI Premier" within the applicable refund window. Include the email used for purchase, date of purchase, plan type (monthly, annual, trial), and a brief description of your introduction post and follow-up post. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Section 2: Membership Tiers and Pricing
a. Monthly: $39.99 per month, recurring every 30 days (or equivalent monthly anniversary cycle through Whop)
b. Annual: $299 per year, recurring every 12 months
c. One-day trial: $3.99 for 24 hours of Premier access. Converts automatically to monthly billing at $39.99 per month, or to annual billing at $299 per year, depending on the plan you selected at trial sign-up, unless canceled before the trial period ends.
Pricing may change with at least 30 days' notice by email. Price changes apply at your next renewal after the notice period.
Section 3: Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation
Auto-renewal. Premier renews automatically on the cycle of your selected plan (monthly, annual, or trial-conversion) until you cancel.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your Whop account. Cancellation stops future charges. Your access to Premier continues through the end of the current paid period. After the current period ends, your access is downgraded to whatever free tier is then available, or removed entirely if no free tier is available.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is successfully processed. If the failure is not resolved within 7 days, your membership may be terminated.
Section 4: What's Included
Free tier (if available): Limited access to Abra AI Community resources, as described on the product page.
Premier paid tier (Monthly, Annual, and post-trial): Full access to:
a. The complete Abra AI course library
b. The Premier-only community
c. Provided skills, plugins, templates, and tools made available to Premier members
d. New Premier resources released during your active membership
e. Other features described on the product page
The specific list of included features may change over time. We will not materially reduce the features available to existing paid members without providing notice and, where appropriate, a refund or proration consistent with this Addendum.
Section 5: Termination by Abra AI LLC
Without cause. We may terminate Premier or your membership without cause by providing notice. If you have prepaid for an annual plan, we will pro-rate and refund the unused portion of your annual fee.
For cause. We may terminate your membership immediately, without refund, if you:
a. Materially violate the Master Terms of Service, this Addendum, or any other applicable Abra AI LLC policy
b. Engage in fraud, abuse, harassment, or unlawful conduct
c. Initiate a chargeback in violation of Section 3.3 of the Master Refund Policy
d. Resell, redistribute, or share Premier access or content in violation of the Master EULA
For-cause termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid amount.
Section 6: License to Tools and Course Content
Tools, skills, plugins, templates, course videos, and written content provided through Premier are Licensed Materials under the Master EULA. Your license to access and use these materials is contingent on your active Premier membership and ends when your access ends, except where a specific Product Addendum or stand-alone license expressly provides otherwise (for example, the perpetual install license described in the Showtime Skill Pack Product Addendum, if Showtime is bundled into Premier in the future).
